About the Role
We’re opening a new upscale infrared sauna studio this June and are hiring founding team members. This role will begin remotely, with a focus on connecting with prospective members and building relationships, then transition into an in-studio position supporting guest experience and daily operations once we open.

What You’ll Do
Before Opening (Remote)
- Reach out to prospective members using our CRM system
- Connect with leads and answer questions about services
- Share the benefits of infrared sauna and membership options
- Help build our founding member community
- Represent the studio at local events and community activities
After Opening (In-Studio)
- Greet and assist members, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Provide tours for new guests
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Help maintain the cleanliness of sauna rooms and common areas
- Organize towels and support daily studio operations
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Genuine enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
